Phoenix Health Therapeutic Recovery Housing Program
At Phoenix Health, we believe in unlocking the full potential of every individual. Through a comprehensive and holistic approach, we focus on improving both physical and mental health, cultivating wellness, and guiding individuals to live self-directed lives. Our goal is to ensure that each individual not only flourishes in their personal journey but also in their work, relationships, and personal life.
Recognizing the unique challenges that many face, Phoenix Health offers a change of environment as a key to successful recovery. Our Therapeutic Recovery Housing Program (PTRS) is a testament to this belief, providing a structured continuum of care. This program has been tailored to address the physical, mental, spiritual, and social well-being of our clients. Moreover, our Living Skills Housing Program dives deep into 12 essential life skills, ranging from navigating employment and finances to managing personal relationships.
An essential pillar of our success is the Personal Growth Program, an evidence-based curriculum that arms individuals with the internal skills needed to become positive and contributing members of their communities.
